- Culinary degree or management graduate. 
 
- Minimum total 4 years experience Hot Kitchen in well established properties.
 
- Minimum total 2 years of experience Hot Kitchen in 4 to 5 star properties. (Taj, Mariot, Hilton, Sheraton, Radisson Blu etc.)
 
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar position, in a 5 star property. (Taj, Mariot, Hilton, Sheraton, Radisson Blu etc.)
