Qualifications Required:

• Culinary degree or management graduate. 
• Minimum total 6 years experience overall experience of Cold Kitchen in well established properties.
• Minimum total 3 years of experience in Cold Kitchen in 4 to 5 star properties (Taj, Mariot, Hilton, Sheraton, Radisson Blu etc.)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, in a 5 star property. (Taj, Mariot, Hilton, Sheraton, Radisson Blu etc.)
